Care to share what the Shipper reference is? Or how to use FedEx Insight? Trying to figure out my tracking since I receive email saying shipped yesterday afternoon but no tracking #, UNAVAILABLE.

I already had FedEx Insight. It's free BTW. Just Google search it and it will ask you to create an account. Basically it works (from my understanding) by telling you any packages in route to your address.
The Shipper Reference on FedEx says "Samsung Trial Program". Hope this helps!

Edit: I just went to the tracking by reference and I typed the reference exactly as I have above. Typed in my zip code and it pulled it right up. Good luck!!

My daughter works at an AT&T retail store in sales. She says that the return rate is about 10:1 Samsung versus Apple and that is the case even though they sell about 20:1 Apple to Samsung. Most return the Samsung new phones because of what you wrote or crashing or bloatware or poor battery life after just a few months. I just wonder where Samsung sells there products lol

If they offered me a new Samsung Edge and $500 to switch, I wouldn't even have to think.... no!

Samsung really popular in Aisan countries. So you know where they are selling.

I switched to the Iphone when I had decent Android phones and they would never allow me to upgrade to the new OS unless I bought a new phone. I had a Razor and my sons had the HTC One beats edition.

iOS 7 and now 8 runs great on my iPhone 5. It is okay if you feel sorry.

I do, because both my Apple products run like C*** on newer OS. My PC is 3 1/2 years old, my iMac is 3 years old. My PC runs better with Windows 10 than with 7, my iMac runs worse with Yosemite than it did with Mountain Lion. My iPod touch 5 runs pretty bad on iOS 8 and was not smooth with 7. Recovery mode restore doesnt do a thing. So I have 2 products that were very expensive and are running bad with minimal things on them.

Not my experience. I have a 2009 Mac-Mini, 2009 MacBook Pro (just sold a few week ago), and a 2011 27" iMac all running Yosemite and they all run great. Not a single issue. No WiFi or Bluetooth issues nor any discernible lag issues. I also have (2) 2015 13" retina MacBook Pro both running Yosemite that runs great as well. I have read many posts where posters will state that they are having issues with Yosemite and then you have other posters stating that they do not have any issues, both have the same year and model of Mac. Not sure what is causing your issues with Yosemite and I don't doubt that you are experiencing the issues that you say you are having. But to imply that because you have issues everyone will have issues is ridiculous. Have you posted in the forums section about the issues you have and maybe there are others posters that could help resolve the issues you are having? I haven't seen any posts from you in the forums so that is why I ask.

The older I get, the more pointless all the fanboism seems, from all sides. I had Note 3, and when it was time to upgrade, I didn't see Note 4 as much of an upgrade, so I got the 6 Plus. Had fun with it since launch day, but now I jumped back to Note 5. When it's time to upgrade again, I won't be swayed by some idiotic hatred of a corporation or two, but by what the phone/ecosystem offers me. Newest Note 5 is a great device and has many advantages over 6 Plus for me, but I'm not going to bash 6 Plus, because it's still a fantastic device. We should be happy that we live at a time when we have some good choices and alternatives, because it is making everyone better.

Reeks of desperation and begs the question; "why does Samsung feel they have to do this?"

Which, as a gadget lover myself, simply makes me not want to bother wasting my time.

Now, if they were selling it for $1, I'd be first in line. But renting it for a month and then handing it back? A ton of hassle for nothing: Fuhgeddaboudit!

I thought the charge was only $1? Most people would consider this "free" for the use of an expensive smart phone for a month. Or was that not what you meant?

Who would conceivably call that "FREE" ?

Rather it's 1 cent 10 cent. $1 $2 $5
And rather it's an Android, iPhone, tablet, Mac, car etc. the ONLY way it's Free by definition is if it's
$0.00

That isn't to say this isn't an amazingly nearly too good to be true deal

Never had this happen. I swap my AT&T SIM card between multiple devices sometimes. You're free to do that. They just don't like when you put the SIM card in a dumbphone. But why would you? Other than that, you can swap it between smartphones every day if you want.

You must be lucky, or the system was glitched for me. I definitely know they dislike "dumb phones" but I even briefly did it to try a Windows phone once and an Android twice ( for certain reasons)

All 3 times I regretted it
AT&T even lectured me

"Your plan is an iPhone plan. You must have an iPhone on it or it messes up the billing system by not recognizing your device as compatible"

Good idea. But a month is a little short for a longterm iphone user to really understand the pros of Android OS. Trust me I went back and forth a few times myself. Anybody doing this make sure you try using a different launcher I'm a big fan of trusted and true Nova launcher. Touchwiz launcher ain't the greatest.

Oh and get ready for a bit of a learning curve but eventually a more efficient user interface. As in faster to action things or get to things. iOs needs to catch up on the simple stuff to make it efficient to use again.

And this is why I gave up on Android after my 3 month "test drive" with a Galaxy S4. I was pissed off at Apple for the lightning connector and the laughably small screen of the iPhone5, so I bought the Samsung that year. The hardware on the S4 was very good - battery life was no problem and you can tone down the cartoonish screen colors. But you can never install a launcher with all the features you want. The default launcher had badges, which I really appreciate on the iOS, but not for all apps, and certainly not for all 3 email apps that came with the phone. Other launchers supported folders but not badges. Honestly, I don't remember all the details now - only the frustration of not getting all the features I wanted in the same launcher. Oh, the time I wasted installing launchers. Ultimately, I wanted that phone, but running iOS.

P.S. - Efficiently actioning things? Give me a break! Maybe at one time, but pretty much everything on iOS is actionable from the Notification Manager now.

IMHO I still don't get the people that says apple is expensive and that everybody should buy samsung when samsung sells phones at a premium price but samsung loads their phones with a "free" operating system loaded with bloatware that you can't get rid off.

pure anecdotal evidence... doesn't mean buttons around these parts...
