It doesn't have to be something mass produce for apple to implement it. They could easily sell it as a limited edition 2,000 dollar phone. Apple fans would still buy them.Reality check: even if Samsung did introduce fully bendable screens in 2017 like the video, they would do so knowing that they couldn't possibly produce them in any significant volume. When Apple adopts technology for their products, it has to be something that can be mass produced on a scale that completely dwarfs their competition, so the "bleeding edge" type of things like bendable screens with low yields just aren't practical.
