So you’ve stopped buying apple products right?

Not completely, but I have dropped my consumption of Apple products to roughly 30% over time from my old buying habits and am in the process of moving certain things to other systems. For the first time since I have been alive I have more non-Apple products than Apple products where the functionality overlaps.

And I cuss less at my non-Apple products than I do my Apple products. Also a first for me. Used to be I paid more for Apple products because they just worked as you would expect them to. Now they still work (mostly) but are designed for such brain dead users that trying to do anything different than what ordinary teenagers or entry level office workers do is next to impossible.

And how do they plan to mitigate the OLED burn in? Not having the screen totally static in terms of full screen windows?

We really don't want another 4 years of repairing screens now that hopefully we will get rid of the keyboard issue.... I'd rather wait for Micro LED at this point.
Note ALL major high-end laptops targeting creatives have an OLED option (including Samsung) & it's no coincidence an overwhelming amount have had little setbacks or recalls from customers.

All that said, a professional w/ an OLED knows better to not do obviously stupid things with the panel just like how you don't treat a Ferrari like a Honda Civic.

Apple would be strangely extremely conservative even for them to wait all the way till MicroLED to update their ancient Retina screen to their Super Retina Display moniker they've already established for iPhone X.

Can care less about Macbook Pros with better screens. They are the worse product Apple ever designed.
I refuse to buy any MBP that is not user upgradable RAM and SSD. I do not want to spend 3k on a disposable appliance.

Only thing that justifies Apple soldering components is their greed to earn more money (charging outrageous prices for RAM and SSD).

well then. its a good thing i upgraded my 17in macbook pro with a larger hard drive and hacked it for High Sierra. at this rate i'll be waiting a loooooong time for another 17in macbook pro. I just dont get it, they have a city going on up north and what are they doing up there? wheres the innovation, oh wait, you gave me a watch i dont need. An new ipod I dont know who its for...(oh wait rich kids-while killing a good enough ipod 6th gen) you redesigned the Airport extreme, (um ok, its smaller, i was wondering why it was so boxy and big...) I dont get it. i'm losing hope.
