I literally could care less how far behind or advanced we are compared to Samsung ... bottom line their user experience is horrible compared to iphone / iOS. At least in my opinion when i have switched here and there thru the years.

Everybody knows that teeny tiny crappy pixels are better than better pixels

But Apple don't specify a specific brand within their marketing campaigns as far as I remember. They simply refer to them as competitors and they very rarely do that anymore. Samsung tend to target Apple all the time and constantly use the Apple name in the headline which is embarrassing to say the least.
It's like Apple release a product and the very next day, the Samsung marketing team get together and say....right what can we say about the release yesterday and make sure we use Apple in each of our ads.
They did reference Google by name. There are a lot of Android manufacturers so I'd reckon they'd just refer to them as "competitors" to save time during their presentations. Even then, if Apple shouldn't even need to reference "competitors" at all if they're so sure of themselves.

When did they reference Google...I must have missed that.

Why do Samsung always feel the need to attack Apple? It's a bad look IMO. When was the last time Apple attacked any of their competitors?
“Hi, I’m a Mac.”

“And I’m a PC!”

(To your point, that was forever ago and a much different era for Apple)

Seems legit…
Check out this sample photo, full resolution:
It's like 75 percent smear.
25 percent detail.

The 108mp claims are obviously marketing b.s.

And this sample photo is at ISO 50, mind you. It'll only get worse as you go higher.

For comparison, here's downloadable legitimate 100mp images from the new Hasselblad:

On the Hasselblad, you have real detail. Not smear. _DETAIL_. Legitimate, honest-to-your-favorite-deity detail.

When Apple mocked Microsoft/Windows it was on point, these just seem like hey we pay attention to everything Apple, lets post their specs in our ads/trolling...free advertising without Apple doing much work.

Actually I always felt that marketing campaign was really misguided, it fed into that whole "duh Windoze bad" mentality. But that's in the past and Apple has done nothing but focus on their positives for the most part.

Well considering how far behind Samsung is compared to Apple, I don’t see how it works.
I'm not sure what you mean by "behind." I'll assume its Global Profits? They don't need to be number 1 to be successful. Samsung is by far the most profitable Android Phone manufacture. Not everything has to be some zero sum game. I prefer iPhones, but Samsung has done quite a great job marketing to the "Something other than Apple" crowd. I can acknowledge that and still love my iPhone.

The people who understand this, and would research it are a very small % of smartphone buyers. Perhaps 0.01% It helps persuade the non-iOS people that Samsung is the vendor to stay with. Even though it's making fun of apple.

Never said I needed more resolution from my phone camera. I am happy to have a much faster processor though and better battery life.

yet Apple will sell more iPhone 14 handsets in the first quarter of sales than Samsung sells S22 handsets in a year.
