It seems that as Samsung is a builder of Apple bits, they of course have knowledge of future Apple stuff... thus it's one of the untold reasons for them to venture the gambit to request the judge to show Apples future product.

Outside of Apple's processor, rest of the products are similar to buying off the catalog. Similar to apple showing interest in samsung's new tablet screen. There are rumors that apple is interested in the new 10" 2560x1600 resolution screen that was recently presented at the trade show or the new SAMOLED screen to be used in tablets.

This is a pretty common practice. Not much is built to order
Also Apple's mobile processors are all built based on ARM's design and licensed from ARM. New A5 is based on ARM Cortex A9 design just like Nvidia Tegra2, Samsung Exynos, TI OMAP, upcoming Kal-el.

Because you're insulting me and making assumptions about me without knowing anything about me ? I'm not getting worked up, just finding you quite silly to ask us not to assume someone posting positive Apple stuff is a "fanboy" and then you go assuming someone posting negative Apple stuff is a "hater".

Discussions on these boards often degrade to a point where it's just plain silly. I felt that was what was happening with you and I in a couple of threads. You are just as passionate about your opinions as I am about mine. It's not my life's mission to piss in your cornflakes and I have nothing against you or your opinions!

Now we know why Samsung wanted to see iPhone 5 prototype. With iOS 5 notification system being identical to that of Android Apple is getting yet another claim about Samsung copying from them
