Yeah, dry install. I expected them to lift up when I put the bandEDGE on because it's a pretty tight fit, but they stayed put. Still bubble-free.

cool ! i just ordered one now with the 10% off coupon i found on this forum :)

i have the black on black. got it today. protectors are very fingerprinty. the case is good, i don't like the logo either. photos on website didn't show that. a little disappointed with that, but it's alright. i'll get new screen protectors soon, i'm sure.

Yeah if you don't mind the purple or the pink cases, they have a couple of these for $17.95 with free shipping right now.

Oh, very nice. I was apprehensive about my order when they kept delaying it, that looks like exactly what I was wanting. Can't wait for mine to get here now! Thanks for the pics.

haha now we're wishing they would've delayed it an extra 2 days.. haha.. this sux.. i still like it better than the apple bumper.. but i'm still getting my free white bumper :D

You never know ... this could be one of the 3rd party cases Apple is going to offer to iPhone 4 users. I would definitely go for the black / clear Scosche over the Apple bumper if it is offerred.

Has anyone else gotten one of these and seen manufacturing marks on the sides of it? Looking at the OP's pics I think I see what I'm talking about but I'm not sure.

I got mine today, seems pretty nice, but there are two semi-circles scratched/molded into the plastic on the edge.

I called Scosche and they gave me an RA number, saying that those marks shouldnt be there, but looking at the OP's pics and the Scosche site, I feel like I see similar marks...

Photobucket is being a pain, but Ill put pics up in a sec.

ETA: Comparing locations, Im almost certain that the blemishes are visible in the OP. Am I being unreasonable for having an issue with this?

interesting. i had the same issue and have sent mine back for a replacement. not very noticeable without the phone, but quite noticeable...at least to me, when on the phone.

EDIT: i had the EXACT same problem in the same general area.

The defect is likely caused when the sprue used during the injection molding of the polycarbonate part is broken off post-molding.

One would think that they would figure out how to fix such an issue on a clear case, obviously it was present in their own photos, so I'm not sure why the sales rep said that the case edges should be flawless

... On the black bandEdge I'd imagine it isn't visible.

Scosche just emailed.... They'll either replace it with a black/black bandedge or allow a return w/ refund. Problem solved!

Just got my black/clear bandEDGE the other day and I'm loving it. I had to pull off the phantomskinz I had on it, as the bandedge kept pushing up the edges, but no matter, now that the case lifts the phone off the table, it's all good. Some simple, nice looking protection that still retains the overall look o the phone and completely fixed what little issue I had with the antenna to begin with.

Damn, these are nice cases but i doubt the apple AV cable will fit in the data slot...Figures i find something i like the looks of and it wont work!

Great tip, thanks for the heads-up on newegg

Also, could you post up some pics of your phone w/ the case if you have a chance?

did it fix the death grip? Could you try it for us? For $15 shipped i think it will hold me over until i find something else, or I will dremel out the data cutout so it will fit the AV cable

EDIT: Nevermind, one of the posters above said it fixed the death grip, ordered a black on black from newegg :)

Can you tell me if this is good with 3rd party chargers and headphones, unlike he Apple bumper? Thanks!

i'm extremely happy with mine.. make the phone feel so solid.. i really love the grip now..

phone felt too delicate before.. now it feels like it can take a beating.. very happy with it.. but the rubber part it's a little too delicate.. when i put it on my car dock it has been damaging it a little.. still good thou.. not too paranoid about dropping it..

too bad it doesn't fit on my leather pouch anymore thou :(

here are some pics

and here is my YouTube Video along with my thoughts on Zagg Wrapsol and SGP screen protectors
