yeah most don't fit.. the ones that came with the phone do fit thou.. :/ sadly

That's disappointing, I may return the one I ordered, then, as it will be no better than the free Apple bumper in that regard.

Edit: I just watched your video and saw the pink one at the end, which is what I ordered, and it looks really nice! I think it will look great on the white iPhone I'm waiting for. Now I'm torn...

Well there is a way to fix "most" 3.5mm headphone jacks when it comes to that issue, I've done it b4 and it works, what u have to do is to slice the soft plastic part about 1/16 of an inch or 1 to 2 millimeters (depends where u live :) ) with a sharp blade keep going in circles and then it will slide off when u pull off the plastic and then it will fit, I know it's not as good as buying something that works from the get go but it's a good solution, I just did that for my gf and it worked just fine ;)

I just ordered the clear/black case from Amazon for $19.99 and free shipping.

I do not like newegg's return policy, so I was willing to pay the extra five bucks to Amazon for their more liberal return policy.

I'll pick up one of Apple's bumpers as well (when they become available), but I have a feeling that I won't like it due to the stretching issue that some people seem to be having with it. That's why I ordered this case: I wanted something more solid that won't lose its shape.

Hopefully I like it, but if not, back it goes.

Any more opinions from anyone on this case?

There is not much out there about it, and I would like to order from Newegg to save the $5, but their return policy on it sucks (only replacement, no money back). And I would really like it to work with my SGP from and Matte Phantomskinz back....

Also does anyone have the purple version, what do you think of the color?

How had it been holding up? Anyone have anything else to add about it?!

Thanks!!!

I received this case yesterday and it's okay so far but it feels a little loose I can feel the phone slide around inside the case at times. It would not fit with the wrapsol sides, but they are pretty thick. I'm waiting for the glow sides to arrive and I'll give those a try. Should look pretty distinctive glowing through the clear side of the case

I got the pink one and I like it so far. Mine feels very snug and solid, I'm definitely not experiencing any sliding like the previous poster. The buttons are a bit more difficult to push but nothing major, and I like that they're protected.

Mine is very snug and solid as well, more snug than the Apple Bumper actually.

I agree with you about the buttons..... no problem.

I like it..... it's a keeper. BTW, it's down to $16.97 on Amazon for some reason.....

Price drop makes sense. With apple's free case program, third party cases would lose value (Low demand, high supply).

I got my bandedge too. I'm waiting on a PS anti-glare film, but the case itself looks good. Didn't get the weird circular imprints mentioned on the first page of this thread.

I did get those marks but they're not that big a deal. However, if the company has figured out how to manufacture without them maybe I should contact them for a replacement?

Thanks for mentioning the price drop, for some reason the purple didn't drop, and of course that is the one that I want haha.

But I will keep watching. :)

I just got mine today and I really like it. I have a pretty thick SGP front cover, an SGP black leather back, and lucky labs maroon decals on the sides. Instead of clear it's maroon (my university colors). It's a tight fit, but it definitely fits, and it does make the phone feel more solid. It feels like it could take a fall and be fine. The only negative is that I have those marks on the side. I know it's not a big deal, but it would drive me crazy so I had amazon 1-day another one, only to read here they all have the problem. Whoops.

If you take a closer look at the clear part of the bandedge, there are multiple places where the black rubber is inserted into the clear plastic. Maybe it's possible that the mark is a place intended for a rubber insert that didn't go fully through?

i actually returned mine due to the scuffs...here is the response i got:

"The scuffs you were referring to are where the injection molding for the polycarbonate. All of the IP4ECBK will have these markings."

i had hoped that wasn't the case as it was kind of an eye sore...at least to me. damn OCD!?!

^^^ It really does look better in person.

IMO it allows the iP4 to maintain its design: A black front and back with a metal trim around the sides.

got mine in from newegg, don't really like it, buttons are way to hard to press to get them to respond, data cable slot does not fit apple AV cable. Case looked like it was a refurb as the finish had a bunch of micro/finish swirls in the finish after unboxing it.

I almost ordered this case because I am searching for a bumper or case to expose the steel band around the phone but at the same time protect it. This case would be perfect if it had the buttons like the Apple bumper has instead of those ugly black buttons that look like erect nipples! The final deal breaker was the logo on the side! I really wish case manufacturers would stop thinking that their customers want to show off their company logo! It is a instant turn off!

So I've really been liking this case so far, but I've noticed a few small dings on the iPhone's steel band. I was thinking about getting the free Zagg strips from Best Buy to help protect it, but I'm not sure the case will fit back over them since it's so snug already. Has anyone tried it?

I have the iglow wrap all around the metal band of the phone and was able to fit the scosche case on.....took some effort at first but fits great now and doesnt feel too tight either
