Second-Generation Apple Watch Expected This Fall

"Unveil" doesn't tell us anything. They could unveil it in September and release it with the new iPhone or they could unveil it in September and release it several months later, which I'm pretty sure is what they did with the first gen.

I don't have one yet but the 2nd gen will be a day 1 purchase for me. Just want to know if I'm going to be waiting 2 months or 6. Either way I guess I won't know until September.

I've gone from disappointment, to resentment, to outright confusion. I still don't know what to think.

Heh, easy. Next iOS and Watch OS will knacker the old watch and won't be compatible with the latest iPhones.

I don't know...ya think? I personally don't have much use for a camera in the watch. I'm not a huge selfie taker and could see my arm getting tired in a hurry if I tried to do a FaceTime video call on the watch.

I just want to say I'm Dick Tracy! LOL That's all... no but really It would be cool.

They may announce it in Sept or Oct, but I have a feeling you'll be really lucky to get one before 2017. I still remember waiting about a year (or it felt that way) for my 1st gen Apple Watch.

I'll be ordering the new one as soon as they let me.

I have a Fit bit surge but my wife has the 1st gen apple watch. I'm waiting for more sensors, facetime, ecosystem to compete with friends like fitbit, and better battery life.
