okay, normally I have the stream recorded, but since it's available to rewatch, should I convert and upload it?

If 2 people here want it on youtube, I'll do it, but I need to hear from you first.

(people on windows or a non-snow leopard Mac)

I want it...please

you'd think they would have thought of that when implementing video in Safari, but so be it.

Hopefully someone will figure out how to save the stream directly and publish it to a more accessible system.

None of those links work, it just says "Available Shortly, Please check back soon".

Anyone know of an alternative source?

What does Windows have to do with it?

It's just the quicktime browser plugin, don't see what difference there would be.

Here's a weird thing. When I tried to access the site during the keynote and after, the QuickTime application just stayed loading.

Recorded stream is up now.

Still a bit confused about the mac only Quicktime thing, like MS Silverlight only less compatible.

What ever happened to Apple pushing open and neutral HTML5 solutions anyway?

Actually, I'm not even sure if HTML5 can do live video streaming to begin with. I'd be surprised if it couldn't though.

Live Stream

The Live Stream of the Media Event was very good and smooth for the most part. I would like to see Apple do this again as well as other major Apple-related events.
