Who reviewed/approved these bands? Besides the sand/black sport band, everything feels like a flop this year. What's everyone ordering to pair with their new watch?

I was thinking the same thing. The sports bands are odd choices. This is holding up my order lol. not sure which to go with.

Which watch finish are you getting?

I love how bright that color is in particular, but I’m sad there’s no silver watch to pair it with.

The only color of aluminum that really speaks to me is gold, and I have no idea which of the Nike bands would even go best with it.

Nice, nice!

Space Gray seems the closest to silver, but out of the horrendous possible combinations, this one seems the most palatable to me:

Light Gold aluminum with After Dark Black band

the Ultra ones are even worse! Was going to order the green Nike one but then noticed the camo pattern and not a fan.

Not sure if I’m replacing my AW SE (original). But I think I’ll need to see them in person if I do.

The dark bronze looks nice. But because of my hairy arms I always have to be careful with my selection.

I loved the rubber sports loop but had two fail so wouldn’t go with another.

So I’m thinking about trying a magnetic loop. Any experience? Are they okay for exercise?

Milanese loop (regular one) if you run in it, it’s a no go. It can loosen gradually if you move a lot rapidly and come off.

And yes, I collect lots of straps. I do have a leather link and modern buckles, tho the magnets r strong I find running in them would come off if something hits the modern buckle buttons or something snags the tab of the magnetic links.

This year I only like the reflective Nike sport loops, purple straps and magenta ones. All the other colours r muted. Like chartreuse from 2024

But at least this year’s brilliant gold colour brings back yellow gold from the gold stainless steel Apple Watch Series 6 to 9, with the exception that the 12 is in titanium still
