Series 2 Ceramic Edition Owners Thread

Man I love seeing the ceramic. Was so close to pulling the trigger on it last year but went with stainless. Kind of wish I had gotten the ceramic instead.

And those new Nylon bands are so nice in person. Love the colours and how they pop. Really feel like that's how the original nylon bands should have looked.

If the edition watch has done one thing for me is to break away from the traditional blue, black and red shirts.
Walk through any store and there are so many different color shirts men are offered.
I like matching the band to the jersey/shirt I am wearing.
If you look at most summer plaid (shirts and shorts) you’ll find similar colors.
 
I noticed that over time I've had some buildup of dirt in the crevices of the ridge of my digital crown. Any advice on getting it clean? I tried using a small brush with water but it didn't help much :/

Can anyone who has the ceramic Apple Watch tell me how well it holds up to scratches? I currently have the stainless steel 1st gen and it has a couple of scratches from where It's brushes up against stuff probably.

The above comment is correct however to me, it is not worth the money for watch without LTE, an iPhone dependent, mere iPhone accessory and white watch does not look professional at conservative business professional environment.

Isn't it less depending with Series 2 tho because it uses GPS and doesn't require the iPhone when doing exercise such as running. My next Apple Watch is either going to be the Ceramic or the Black Stainless Steel but i do need one that is more scratch resistant.

I got a tiny little smudge on mine by bumping it on the edge of my MacBook Pro while I was laying down. It can only be seen when the light shines on the display a certain way and it's very small. Most people would not even notice it there.
 
I believe that the new Edition will be entirely different. That's why they call it an "edition."

I have a feeling Tim Cook will see the lack of ROI on the Edition and finally overpower Ive and scrap it. The Edition line must be a loss leader when you consider the machinery required, limited sales, and limited distribution.

Massive scale is Apple's business skill and source of massive profits. The Edition line doesn't seem to tick those boxes.

(Not that this detracts from the fact that I do have an Edition and I love it! :p )
