Anyone think they’ll have ceramic in stock on Friday at the Apple store? I’m debating going to see. I have a black SS for pickup, but I’m intrigued to possible switch to the gray ceramic.

That is currently the only problem: not too much footage on the grey. Just Google Audi Nardo grey and I think you have a close ressemblance. I think I love it :)

The displays will likely be out on Friday, but there is a near-zero chance that you will be able to take one home with you, except if you are going to a flagship store (Michigan Ave, 5th Ave, Miami, Eaton Place) and with the watch delays, my guess is even they won't have them for a few weeks in stock. The non-flagships seem never to carry the Edition in stock for purchase on-demand.

I did. I also received the gray sport band the other day that I’ve been wearing on my S2 and the color is growing on me.

Picked up the blue sport loop for my series two ceramic edition. Loving it!

So a question, why the Ceramic Apple watch? is it that it is SUPER light? Or is ceramic the new "diamond" or something like that? I'm not in love with the grey or white look. I wish they just offered an updated shiny silver one (like the original apple watch). But the new silver ones are they matte finish silver (eww).

So does anyone have a 22nd as the delivery date for their ceramic? No movement for mine as yet - 25th-27th

Its just different. The weight of a watch has never bothered me. My Rolex is heavier than my SS 2 and i am comfortable wearing both

I think the white ceramic watch is beautiful! I've had a stainless steel one for a couple years now and I was bored of the look, so I decided to change things up this time around.

I placed my order a couple of minutes after the App Store opened and immediately got a 25th-27th delivery date. Hoping for it will move to preparing to dispatch in the next couple of days.

I haven’t been following this thread for awhile, but weren’t you considering the series 2 ceramic? Did you ever get it? Just curious if you did and your upgrading to series 3.

Original Series 0 Apple Watch owner here. I was holding out for the Series 3 until I found out I'd have to pay $10/month for LTE and saw the ugly (subjective, I know) red dot. Which pushed me to a nice used Ceramic Series 2! It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, I'll post pics when it's in hand.

I have a series 2 ceramic that I'm looking to sell because I have the new series 3 gray coming this Friday. Any suggestions on places to sell besides eBay? The trade in sites are all giving crap value for these. Macrumors doesn't have a buy/sell forum from what I can tell?

Macrumors does have a marketplace. You should give a feel from it of what you could get for the ceramic. It’s much easier to sell here then on eBay or most of the other sites.
