I am glad to find someone in this thread in the same work/ business attire situation as mine. White ceramic looks nice for casual/ sporty events. Grey ceramic is fitter for business.

I have the same thoughts, and can only buy one (as much as I would like both). But the white just looks so good. And I can't see the grey before it goes up for sale (was at Apple Store today and no displays of the colour). I'll probably flip a coin tomorrow night and order one or the other of them. I'm definitely getting one ceramic after I didn't want the week-long wait and didn't get the Ceramic in Series 2.

The ceramic grey on apples website is just a mockup. I really hope iJustine's Apple Watch 3 hands on shows it. I really want to see what I looks like in a picture.

If it's too similar to the aluminium then I'll go back to space black

edit: found a brief hands on with it

@ 1.43 minute

looks really good and polished

I like the look of that, not sure if i like it more than the White one tho. My only worry is it scratching, I'm an active person and my current Stainless Steel has a few scratches, with my next Apple Watch i want to try and avoid that.

Isn't ceramic 5 times tougher than the SS though?

I'm not sure, i have a knife at home that i've had for years that's Ceramic and it's not got a single scratch on it, however I'm not if it's the same as the Ceramic on the Apple Watch, I don't really know a lot about it :(

I agree that the grey is more formal but the new seashell sport loop on the white is truly awesome. I'm seriously thinking of getting the series 2 ceramic and putting that band on it. Prices on the series 2 should be falling sharply.

I dont like the look of the grey. I love and really want the white but it wouldn't look right when i am suited and booted for work. So I will go for the SS Black but band choice will be limited with black .
The SS Black 3 is sat in my favourites ready for me to pull the trigger tomorrow but god i am not completely decided

Right there with you. Is it bad I have 3 varieties in my favorites?

Yeah, the magnetic charger is included. It says so in the “what’s in the box” text.

Does that include the cushion accessory that's usually separate? There is no image of it being in the box

There isn’t a picture of the dock, true, but it says it includes “USB to Lightning cable and Magnetic Charging Dock” which is the name of the discus-shaped charging thing.

Yes, there would be no need for the Lightning cable if the dock were not also included. Glad to see they didn't remove this "perk" of the Edition!

Manged to get the grey ceramic for pickup on day 1. Its now gone to 5-6 weeks in Australia. White is still available for day 1

I pulled the trigger on the ceramic gray this morning. My only concern is how my band collection will look with that color. I currently have the white ceramic and have a lot of blue bands (nylon, Nike+, classic buckle) and I'm concerned some of them may look odd with this. Thoughts? Part of me wonders if I should also look at the SS.

The Ceramic Apple Watch seems to have slipped, there are none at my local Apple store (i say local it's at least an hour away) and both the white and grey have a time of 25th - 27th for delivery. Are people buying these or do Apple just not make many?

As it's a more premium version of the Apple Watch it's probably the latter.

Ordered a 42mm white ceramic. Now what to do about that glaring red spot on the crown... Ideally, I want it all-white. (This reminds me of the Rudolph Christmas TV show, where his father tries to mask his red nose. :D)
