Series 2 UK orders

I'm maybe not from the UK, but I live in Belgium and I preordered the 42mm SS Space black link bracelet and my items are still processing and there's no charge yet on my credit card. Should I start worrying? Delivery date is set on 16 sept.

From past experiences with new release products I have found that the status doesn't always change even before the delivery .... On a previous launch my card didn't get charged until delivery day.

I wouldn't worry, orders will be processing up to thursday I'd imagine. If it says the 16th, you'll get it on the 16th. It appears the Apple Watches are already in the countries they need to be, so it'll be a last minute thursday dispatch.

Mine has moved! Always been for 16th delivery!

I'm on the same boat as you! 42mm aluminium space grey. Delivery date on 16/9 and still processing
 
Ordered the 42mm Series 2 Sport in Space Grey.

Ordered as soon as the Apple Store came up Friday, my account still says 2 weeks :(

Hoping it changes to something a little closer :)
 
Wonder what the stock level at Apple Stores will be like on Friday, will imbed able to walk in and buy? Can't seem to do any kind of in store reservation.

I got my delivery confirmed at a few minutes after 8am and delivery for the 16th and pick up wasn't even an option, which suggests either zero stock or very limited stock at launch in shops.... And judging from what is being said in American threads, no stock in shops at launch is what's happening over there too.

Is it also possible that Apple didnt charge a reservation on my credit card yet? I'm getting worried because my delivery date is 16 sept., my creditcard still has the same amount of money on it and there's no reservation and my status is still items processing...
 
I wouldn't worry about it. The first gen watch release didn't start kicking in until the Wednesday afternoon. Some even as late as the Thursday afternoon and people still had them on launch day. If Apple says you're getting it on the 16th, you will barring unforeseen circumstances.
 
3-7 october estimate for me. Ordered as soon as the store came up for a 42mm series 2 silver aluminium with white sport band, thought I'd snagged it for launch but Barclays took till late afternoon to send the confirmation to apple. Little bit peeved but ah well.

If you try an Apple store on launch day and they have stock you can buy one and cancel the online order at the same time.

Oh really? Might have to give that a go. Will have to see if that affects anything re. how I'm paying though because it's through the partner finance!

Last year ordering an Apple TV4, my order wasn't due to be delivered to the weekend, I went in branch and they were all there and I got one, they cancelled my online order and that was that. Did the same with an iPad Pro 9.7 that I was buying as a gift earlier this year too. One caveat this was all via debit card, no finance.

I called my credit card company and they said Apple reserved 1 euro already. It is probably to see if the card worked? Called to Apple today and they said everything is fine. :)

Mine has just moved to preparing for dispatch and I also have a pending payment just shown up in my Halifax account. (Gold aluminium with toasted coffee/caramel nylon strap 42mm)
