I've just been having a bit of a rant at them on Twitter. Won't make a jot of difference but it's good to vent.
Is anyone trying to get a ceramic Apple Watch Edition in-store this Friday? 
I'm going to try. I'm going to see if there are any available for picking up after ordering online at 8am. I have a Stainless Steel on order but I've since decided I really, really like the look of the Ceramic.Is anyone trying to get a ceramic Apple Watch Edition in-store this Friday?

Yeah. Me. Although it's Thursday and i'' still going "am i really thinking of doing this" ... someone somewhere said only bigger stores? How're we meant to decipher that?
Same here! When the store went live they were shipping on September 30 though which totally sucked. Then I saw the "available in selected stores" thing. I'm not getting my hopes up but I'll take my chances!

No idea. I've not been able to and no-one at Apple knows for sure. Reading the tea leaves as usual.
So it's just us 3 (of the super excited people that sit on forums that is... we'll have Joe Public to contend with from tomorrow).
I have small wrists so I'm after a 38mm.

P.S. Surely small provincial stores won't get ceramic and big Covent Gardens, Regent Streets, maybe Westfields(?) will? Total guesswork. Or none anywhere. Maybe that.

I'm sure availability will be fine in London. There aren't that many people looking to spend £1300 on an Apple Watch and the scalpers can't afford to flip things of that price range - and there has been very limited scalping on eBay thus far.

I'll go for either a 38 or a 42. I've owned both sized Watches and there are pros and cons with both for me.

I think at this price strap choices (i.e. additional ones) are supposedly a mere drop in the ocean
I'm a sport band man, incredibly comfy so I plan to pair it with a range of those. One or two more than my current black, orange and midnight blue. There's a special Hermes orange sport band which seems more orange than Apple's orange and I am reeeeally lusting after that.
Yeah - if you're into Sport bands you're OK. I would have liked to see a leather buckle or loop especially to go with the ceramic, at least. And, being a stickler for detail, the sport bands won't have a ceramic pin. Yes, I am a bit obsessed...

Nope - mine hasn't. Mine's also due to deliver tomorrow. That being said, I'm not worried about Apple's logistics. They'll deliver on time. However, my buildings logistics coupled with Apple's does worry me...
I'm gonna chance my arm at the Manchester Arndale store tomorrow morning I think, see if I can get one. Just hope I'm not herded into a queue with iPhone 7 buyers!
It may be more simple for you to reserve if that's possible right? Because then you get a specific hour to pick up your item and waste less time! I went to the selfridges Apple Store and they suggested that would be the best way.
