Series 4 Nike+ Edition has shipped!

Seems like I got the only Nike series 4 GPS model in my state! Ordered it very early this morning at a Best Buy within 50 miles or so of me, and as of 10a today it's sold out/not available within 250 miles. It seems even apple stores somewhat near me don't have any of the Nike models in today.

I'll be exchanging my basic Series 4 in for it.
 
Picked mine up from the local UPS CC this morning! Overall, I'm loving it. Two issues, so far: I cannot get raise to speak to trigger Siri at all. Also, I can't get the Audible app to transfer a book over to it. That's more of an Audible issue, but still a little frustrating.

Same here... raise to speak simply doesn’t work.

Yep. I've turned it off and on multiple times, with no luck. Also upgraded to 5.0.1 and that didn't fix it either.

Did you restore a backup? Or start fresh? Trying to figure out if maybe that has something to do with it.
 
Pre-ordered at 3:01AM on 9/14, get 10/5 delivery date, wait patiently for 3 weeks, miss UPS delivery by 5 minutes, now I'm not getting my Nike+ until Monday. Hooray.

That sucks. On the apple website they have a link to a signature release form on your order that you tape on your door. You may want to do that for Monday just in case also.

You have to go to the apple website and open your order. Right below the status, it has the pre-sign for delivery link.

Started as a new device, my first Apple Watch. And yes also tried turning it on/off and it made no difference. Has to be software.

Dude. Found out today what's taking so long. My watch has been out to sea for the past three days! They couldn't bother sending it by plane - they sent it by boat instead. :rolleyes:

Out to sea??? You would think that as much as an Apple Watch costs, they could at least pay for a plane ride. Your watch sure has taken a strange journey to get to you. I hope that you get it soon!
 
Was taking off my nylon band last night and the watch slipped out of my hand, fell onto a wood floor and scratched/nicked in several spots on the screen. Day 1 :(

Sorry to hear that. Dropped my nike aw3 few times... not a single scratch. I guess im lucky ;)
 
Just got my S4 black GPS Nike from Best Buy. Apparently only two stores in my state got any in for launch. I immediately ordered it and had to drove 1.5 hours to pick it up today. Unfortunately I got home late and can’t set it up until tomorrow night now. I’ll be returning my S4 black GPS after I activate the S4 Nike.
 
I got lucky, there were some in-store near me. Placed the order as fast as I could and picked up a 40mm GPS today. Super happy :D I was expecting to wait at least another month to get one of these!
 
Since great looking watches. What's special about the bike additions over the normal? Just curious

Extra watch faces on top of all the ones the normal one gets, and exclusive bands if you’re into those. Unless the normal bands are extremely appealing to you, it’s a no-brainer to go for the Nike one.

Unless there are no Nike ones in stock but there are normal ones and you REALLY want to pick one up in store, then I can see that. :p
