Thanks for the word about their national holiday. As a retired wage slave I would never begrudge anyone their time off.
I have my UPS account set to give me notifications whenever something happens with the watch. They have never yet sent me any notices at all, I’ve had to go into the app to see what is happening. Just looked and saw it has moved from Export Scan to Departure Scan. In the past this has meant that it had been loaded onto a plane. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing now. If so I’m guessing that it’s next destination is Alaska, and then Memphis, TN, then Indianapolis, IN, and then here.

If anyone is interested I would seriously suggest checking the Apple Store app no later than 8-8:30am to see if there is any in sock at a store near to you. I placed an order yesterday with a ship date of November 2-9 and checked App Store this morning to see that they had the watch I wanted it in stock. I was able to cancel my original order and placed a new order for pick up this morning. 44mm silver aluminum with the seashell sport loop. Yay! Upgraded from S3, and I’m loving it.

That’s my last option. But right know I’m not in US. One week before check on line.
Mine is now in Louisville, KY. It’s actually within driving range. Unfortunately I’m right now waiting to see a doctor because I may have the flu. I hope I’m better on Thursday when I’m supposed to pick it up at the UPS office.

Just got shipping confirmation from Best Buy....Looks like they actually had stock !! Set to deliver the 10th ...Theres still a couple of models still available online.

I got my Oct 12-19 space grey today. A few days early. Love the bigger watch for running. And that watch face with all the complications is awesome. So much info. 
I used iStock to find and pick one up here in Omaha at the apple store today. 44 SB SS with black sport band. It makes no sense as I was supposed to be waiting for the other one I ordered until Nov. 5. Why are stores getting them if people are waiting for pre orders still? I will cancel the Nov watch order in the morning and hopefully it will allow someone else thats been waiting forever to receive theirs a little earlier.
Preorder estimate for SSgold sport band 40mm, 9/26/18, was also 15-22. It went from doing nothing to preparing to ship, ship, and estimated arrival on 9/12 over just the last 2 days. So things must be moving quickly.
