My launch day S5 dropped over the two years I've had it pretty quickly, but has stayed at 82% for the last sixth months or so. My 2-year AppleCare + warranty expired so I went month to month for $3.99 month in case the battery drop below 80%.I think AOD hammers the battery life. I have an S5 purchased in the sale at the start of this year and it is at 91%. On course to drop below 80% before my AppleCare+ runs out.

Did you get another series 5, or surprise upgrade? My AW5 went to 80% in 2 years, I got it replaced just at the end of my AppleCare+. Did a lot of training tracking. Now I have a new watch, so cannot complain.
AW5, I have the SS version if it change anything. Do there is a lot of free upgrade?Did you get another series 5, or surprise upgrade?

Agreed. My iPhone 12 Pro went down to 89% in the 9 months I have used it.Seeing people’s battery health here for the S6 proved my hypothesis that at least some S6 have poor batteries that degrade very quickly. Just like the iPhone 12.
Mine was down to 91% in half a year. No other iPhones has been this bad. (12 Pro Max)Agreed. My iPhone 12 Pro went down to 89% in the 9 months I have used it.
For me, it's always like that. Every year I go to Apple and ask them to replace the battery. But I'm still on the iPhone SE og. Each year I'm like maybe next year (for replacement). I just don't see the point. Maybe if they come with a mini led display like the new Macbook Pro... And that they put it in the mini, if not, maybe the following yearMine was down to 91% in half a year. No other iPhones has been this bad. (12 Pro Max)
They already have OLED screen on the 13 mini? Which is technically better than mini-LED except peak brightness? For me, it's always like that. Having a fresh battery every year makes all the difference.
I've worn my S6 40mm SS every day since early Dec. Surprised to find its battery health already down to 93%. - KM
