is the one from cretouch the same one? because it seems to have a hole in the middle of the back silicon to leave the apple logo visible, while the sgp neo matte i've seen so far has the back completely flat (as the one showed in the pics in this thread).

Wow - I didn't even realize they made one with a hole in the back. I guess some people really love to show off that Apple logo.

Does anyone know of another case that's similar to the Neo Hybrid Matte as far as being really slim, protects the back and all 4 edges of the phone and has some lay on the table design? After using the Neo Hybrid Matte I hate the look and feel of my Pixelskin HD and that's about the thinnest case I've found that doesn't leave any of the edges exposed. Is there anything else out there that's a hard case or a hybrid case that is like the Neo Hybrid Matte?

Just wanted to post a quick update to let you guys know that Cretouch is sending me a free replacement for the saggy silicone portion of my SGP Neo Matte Hybrid. I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen with the replacement silicone as well but I'll keep my fingers crossed. Good customer service from Cretouch though.

Thats good to know, thanks for letting us know. I ordered almost all my SGP products from them.

That's good news. I purchased a Neo Matte in Champagne Gold from Cretouch as well and I absolutely love it! The silicone body part is not an issue for me yet, but I do love the feel and the simplicity of this case.

Well I'm certainly not wishing it on you but I think you'll experience the sagging eventually (took me about a month or so). How long have you had your case?

The A Series don't look too bad. I guess people who like their apple logos to be shown will like this one.

Dropped my iPhone for the first time today. Had it on my lap while getting out of my Jeep. 4 ft drop. Had the SGP Neo Matte Hybrid case with champaign gold frame. Took a good bounce on the corner and laid on the silicone side.

There was a small indent at the time that seems to have somehow pushed itself out to the original figure of the case. There is still a very small unbalance in the frame because of what it's made out of.

iPhone was completely protected, took it off and is still untouched. Granted any case would protect it from a drop but thought you guys would be interested in how the case handled it.

I personally will consider getting a replacement case, if possible just a replacement frame once I get tired of seeing that scratch-dent. But for now I can deal with it.

Can post pics if requested.. My camera won't focus, ***** worthless, another reason why iPhone rocks.

I have a zagg invisi shield on my ip4, does this case have issues with that? It's the one that doesn't go all the way out to the sides.

No, this case works fine with screen shields. I have bestskins ever front and back shield and the case doesn't affect them at all.

Just received my case today and installed it. However, I did a poor job installing the screen protector.
Is it possible to remove, clean and reinstall it? If so, could anyone tell me how to remove dirt from the adhesive side of the screen?
