Shanghai's Apple Store Opens to Large Crowds

Apple's stock will surly be around 400 a share in a year.
And wait until the new gen ipad is released next year. OMFG!
Can you imagine the ipad 2 having the retina display?

If you look at the middle of the glass structure you can see a an enclosed glass shaft. I am going to guess that could be some sort of lift???

Not sure why you would even bring that up?

What this picture reminds me of is that people still know how to present themselves in a decent manner. IE: No pants 3 times the size with peoples butts exposed, no pink, purple wild hairdos and no thousand piercings all over their bodies! What do ya know their normal human beings just like us! ;)
 
Does this mean we'll finally see a minitower? The Apple Mac Pro Tube ?

Am I the ONLY one who notices that GUY with the gray pants on with a purse? :confused::confused: The picture above the Genius Bar one that the guy posted saying he was there.
 
Apple grand openings are nice, I've been to quite a few but after the crowd gets in the store it just becomes an internet cafe like the rest of the Apple stores. There will be plenty of Mac/iPod/iPhone sales but more web surfers than I care to deal with. :p

I had to waste time figuring out what the T-shirt said. (I don't know Chinese at all.)

浦东 - pǔdōng - a district of Shanghai, [waterfront + east].
Apple Store - yep
零售店 - língshòudiàn - Retail Store

I still find it fascinating that Apple (western?) trademarks are presented in a completely non-native alphabet. Imagine the western consumer seeing the 佳能 or キャノン EOS Rebel on the western shelves. :eek:

'Purses' are and have been available for me for a long time. Companies like Diesel make them as well as many others.
