I envy the amount of overlap you're getting there. This artwork isn't working for me yet (even though the iOS subject isolation works fine).

Any thoughts on why Depth Effect still isn't working for me? Is the background not well enough defined/does it need texture? The iOS isolation tool will strip out the insignia just fine.

Also it works on photos so it's not a hardware/software glitch.

I neeeeeed those widgets. I can’t seem to get Widgy to do anything. 🫤

I bought those widgets from thisise.tech
Currently I only use 2 extra free widgets in Widgy on my iPad because I wanted to match it to my iPhone.

I find this look clean, simple and elegant - doesn't stray away from iOS UI and still gives extra taste.

I think it was 7.5 USD but it was worth it in my oppinion.

I have them as well... along with the "Ultimate iOS 16 Widget"... annoyed that there are some 3rd party apps built in, but the ones I want to use require shortcuts to activate... such an awkward, kludgy way to do things.

I agree - it feels like Apple could have allowed some flexibility for Widgets desgining which do not require shortcuts.
Fetching weather, time and calendar data - could be done natively. At least these....

It also feels that those who designed the widgets for their apps, could have used a bit more creativity and taste - at least someone coming up with some alternative options. :)

ANyway - personally, I disabled any action on tap.
