PS, what's the easiest way to post the screen caps?

Press the lock + home button simultaneously, and it'll save screen caps to your camera role. Then you can email them to yourself or transfer it to your computer.

Well, my speeds are up significantly from yesterday (Verizon 4S, multiple tests averaged):

Saturday
--------------
179 ms ping
1.48 Mbps down
0.68 MBps up

Sunday
--------------
169 ms ping
2.00 Mbps down
0.81 MBps up

Probably all the early activations and syncs and backups clearing out (I tested both days around the same hours of the day). I can live with these speeds, the voice part of Verizon has been excellent so far, sounds clear and zero dropped calls.

Best one yet for me on Sprint.

Over the last few days with my iPhone 4 :)

Usually nearly twice as fast as my friend's iPhone 4S on Verizon's 3G.

Over the last few days, I've been averaging around 6.9 down / 1.8 up in Cincinnati w/ the 4S on AT&T.

We tested my co-worker's iPhone 4 (AT&T) in the exact same spot and he was getting about 2.9 down / .9 up.

Thrilled with the performance so far.

My best yet (out of 2 tries) lol

I live in Canada and i have an iPhone 4,
After seeing all your results I wondered what my 3G speed was , so I downloaded the app and tried it and I was choked by the results, even I tried it several times at different times and it was nearly the same
I have a good download speed so im very happy with that ;)

During the day on an AT&T phone, I was getting about 3mb down and 1.5 up. Last night, things were flying, 7.5 down and 2 up. Kinda shocking since I expected things to be slow since the World Series is in town.

I also found out how terribly unreliable the servers are. It can vary anywhere from .5mb to 22mb, on a 25mb wifi connection. 3G is no different. I'll have to post the screen when I get home.

I'm in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on the Rogers network using iP4s

ping 68ms
DL 4.19mbps
UL 2.71mbps

Second test:

How the heck do you guys in the US have such faster speeds?
