Since there's no this option in 10.11: "Share as a Time Machine...",
is it not possible to share a local time machine disk to another mac?

The mac that would use the shared Time Machine disk has 10.15.

Finder in the "client" mac(10.15) sees both the "Time Machine" disk (smb) and "Backups" folder (also smb), but they do not show in Time Machine setting, where you can add disks for timemachine...

I guess I can't set up the shared TM-drive the other way around?
(Connected to 10.15 as host, 10.11 as a client?)
I assume that the 10.11 version of TM has no clue about shared drives? Or 10.15 can't offer them in "a right way"?
