Shipping estimates - IPad Mini 4

I ordered yesterday and my delivery dates are showing as 17th to 21st... Which is very odd to me, but I'm guessing I'll get mine closer to the 21st than the 17th.

well that's just not fair *whines* I ordered mine at 4:00 a.m. on Thursday and I have 15-17 but NO MOVEMENT!

(I ordered hubby's Saturday morning and it's 16-18 and also no movement.)
 
Please can one of you Apple geeks tell me if and when UK stores will have them in! I say geeks in a complimentary way .
 
It would be interesting to know where people are in relation to shipping status. I'm still at processing and I'm in the UK.

order #1: about 4 a.m. Thursday morning (morning after announcement)
order #2: Saturday morning
 
I'm not sure why, but this lack of updating from Apple is bugging me. lol
Still in processing with tomorrow a potential delivery date. My card has not been hit either. Nothing. Agrrrrr

I'd love to get it tomorrow but I do have a 9/16-9/18 delivery estimate so if it comes Friday it's whatever.
 
Argh had 15-17 and just saw my card wouldn't authorize. Hit reauthorize the same card which went through, but now I'm 16-38....

Edit : seems to have been charged. So has my red sports band...

That happened to me last time. I called my card and had them put a note not to deny, but Apple hasnt tried to charge my card yet. I just called Apple - they told me it was preparing for shipment and I told them the website stated processing still. The rep didnt even comment on that and said to look for my card being charged. Sigh, maybe tomorrow I'll see some movement.
 
Why do I do this to myself? I know the Apple store will have plenty of stock but I always order online. I'm only 5 mins from an Apple store too!

:apple: Finally charged my card :):D maybe I'll get it on the 17th. Its a pitty it will come with iOS 9 as I dont want to loose the sync between OSX and iOS
I guess I'll login with a different apple id for now, till El Capitan is released.
Ah, first world problems :rolleyes:

My Mini 4 just shipped from China early this morning (still in Hong Kong) and I'm wondering, do they all still come from China at this point (I ordered on Sunday), or is it just because I had it it engraved?

Also, how accurate are UPS delivery dates? They have it scheduled for a Monday delivery, but I was really hoping to be able to enjoy it during the weekend.
 
I got screwed over. My Mini officially shipped on Tuesday morning coming all the way from China with a scheduled delivery of this Monday. It then spent 3 full days in Hong Kong with absolutely no change of status, finally moved to Taiwan this morning (Friday) with a "rescheduled" delivery date of this Wednesday!

What's worse, Apple apparently already put my Apple Care into effect days ago. How is that fair? I could have just walked into an Apple store and bought one a week ago.
