There it is, it shipped, When it finally got through it said ships by July 2nd, but glad Apple shipped it early! :D

The only thing that gets me is that if iPhones really are in such short supply, why are they available to walk-ins in physical stores? It's not like we ordered days after the 15th, my order went in that evening after trying all day.

I am going to an Apple Store bright and early tomorrow and if I can get one then, just cancel my order. And never pre-order again.

late last night I got AT&T CSS emails and then I got Apple emails of my two iphones shipped. So it changed from 6pm on June 23rd from not yet shipped to prepared for shipping to 7:27am on 24th that Fed Ex shipped and tracking info with one iphone 4 "in transit" with an estimate delivery on June 29. The 2nd iphone 4 is at "initiated" and estimate delivery is June 28th!

and yet me, who's had a 'deliver by 24th' since I placed my preorder, still has not shipped.

I was the one in the boat with the july 2nd thing, then it got prepared for shipment yesterday, now its shipped for delivery on the 28th!!!

Same thing happened to me, except I got up early to wait in line at the Apple store to try and get one before my projected July 6th delivery date only to get the email at 5:31am this morning that it shipped today! I ordered a 32GB. My wife's 16GB, though, which I ordered within probably 2 minutes of my 32GB has not yet shipped. I'm wondering if after the dust settled they had extra 32GBs since the 16GB is likely the more popular choice and shipped them to the next people in line. I was one of those that went through the whole ordering process with it saying a June 24th delivery date until I got my confirmation after placing the order and it then said a July 2nd ship date. On my email this morning, it was originally scheduled to arrive Monday morning before 10:30am, but the Fed-Ex page just updated to say that it would only arrive Tuesday since the "package was received after FedEx cutoff". NBD - In all, I'd say it all worked out pretty well for me.

I got out of line at the Apple store, BTW, since my wife didn't seem to care all that much if she had to wait a little longer for hers. The experience was actually pretty fun - they gave out free Panera Bread breakfast sandwiches, water, Soft drinks, Coffee, umbrellas (since it's going to be a hot day), and were serving free BBQ for lunch. They definitely were trying to make it pleasant experience, except that they were taking Reservations to Walk-ins at a 10 to 1 ratio (!), so the walk-in line was moving veeerrrry slowly. I just swung by the store 3 1/2 hours after I left the line, and the people I was in line with had moved about 25 ft. They probably have another 5hrs+ to go at the current rate, and they have been there since 4:30am this morning. Brutal...

Awesome. So Me, who ordered before you, still has prepared for shipment with a june 24th delivery date....And it hasn't been shipped out.

My 2 order times were 7:59 PDT and 8:06 PDT for the 32GB and 16GB respectively. The 32 shipped and the 16 has not.

I am going to try my hand at an Apple Store right when they open tomorrow. If that goes well, I just plan on canceling.

Mine just changed to Prepared for Shipment :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D I don't think I've ever been happier to see my contract get another 2 years tacked on!

Mine finally changed to "Prepared for Shipment" around 6:30 today, so hopefully it ships out from China tonight, or at least get a tracking number.
