TNT provide falsified claim in Hong Kong For delivery
Apple sent me an email on Oct 24 claiming that "Our carrier, TNT, attempted delivery, however they were unable to deliver at your address." *
At TNT's site, it shows "Receiver not home" **
But I confirmed that someone was at home and also checked with building security who also confirmed no one try to deliver to my address (they can provide video recording if needed) *That means Apple and TNT provided a falsified claim.
In addition, the hotline provided by Apple (21767000) could not be reached since after I received the email from Apple in the morning of Oct 24. *Apple store's hotline in HK (800908988) also could not be reached. *So far, no delivery was made and no further information can be obtained.
