It depends. If it's your only mac, I'd wait. Otherwise you might not be able to access macrumors to post your disappointment. LMAO...

You'll be at the Apple Store for awhile. OSX 11.0 is good but 11.1 is a no go.

I've had no issues with it in trial but I've yet to "go live" with it. Vigilance is the key. I've lost much of my faith in Apple's ability to write software in the past few years. It's going to take more than a positive experience with just one piece in order to start mending that.

I guess those who have no issue whatsoever with 10.11.1 are isolated cases then.

No - I've been running El Capitan since the first PB and have had no issues since PB3 on 10.11 and no issues with any PB of 10.11.1 and none with the final release. Only issue I had with 10.11.1 is that Nvidia didn't issue a Web Driver for any of the PBs, but thankfully did for the final release of 10.11.1.

I'm using Yosemite so It will be a good idea wait for 10.11.2 so Apple can take into account all these detail and release a better and refine version of El Capitan

Just left the Apple Store....and the diagnosis is a airport hardware failure and not a software failure. 11.1 is good to go.
