Finally it came.
AW Series 10 42 mm in gold 🤩

Not bad, I did try it on as well. The gold titanium is now like the gold from the Apple Watch Series 4 and 5 gold stainless steel, but I am still happy with the gold stainless series 6. Still need the blood oxygen feature so not upgrading until it breaks down.

I did a size comparison of it at the Apple Store yesterday and the new 42mm still looks great. It is just rounder; the bands I tried on fit the same.

That looks sooo pretty! Would you happen to know how this year’s gold titanium compares to the color of the Series 8 gold stainless steel? Wondering if my gold Milanese loop from my Series 8 will match the new titanium gold. Your pictures make it look nearly identical but my eyes might be playing tricks on me.
Here’s some quick pics next to my series 7 gold.

The gold of the S10 may give me flashbacks to the first gold SS S4s and S5s- the tone is darker! But the Milanese Loop seems the same tone as the gold SS of your S7, which also is a sign if a gold SS Apple Watch is a S6, or with a fuller screen, a Series 7-9 as the gold color got corrected to a yellow gold until the S10.

Is the Series 7 a 41mm? I wear a 40mm S6.

Just "downgraded" from Ultra to Series 10. I don't need Ultra anymore, because Series 10 does measuring water temperature. Happy that it's half of weight, thinner and minimalistic just like the fitness/health tracker should look. I'll just have to speculate a bit with the battery during the day.

If you are not sure about the bigger size and you have a small wrist, I think the choice of strap is very important.
I think sport band looks much more better then sport loop on my wrist. There's my previous post of Ultra and post comparing Ultra vs S4.

Here's Aluminium Jet Black 46mm size on my 16cm (6.3 inches) wrist.
Nice watch but AWU also looked good on your wrist imho.

Is it a 42mm jet black S10? Reflective sport loops are nice. Do you also have the logo ones?
It’s actually a 46mm. I see why you would think it’s 42mm it doesn’t look huge on my wrist.

I don’t care for the logo Nike Loops. I don’t really like seeing the large branding. I love the old Nike Sport Loops that were more subtle and had the reflective threads to make them stand out.

I do have the “Just Do It.” in Sequoia/Pure Platinum. The wording is so subtle on it that it’s not too much imo and that green is just so great! Here are some old photos for reference.

Ohhh I thought it was a 42 as the Ultra looks almost as big... anyways that Just Do It sport loop looks cool, especially with the wording not as obvious.

Definitely miss these reflective Sport Loops from S5-8 era. Apple changed it when they had Nike use recycled materials and nylons since last year.

The Series 10 is a slightly richer, nicer colour to my eyes, but I really miss the little red ring! Silly I know, but it somehow became iconic in my mind, and added a tiny detail of colour and warmth - perhaps more to the graphite and stainless versions.
The red ring denotes that an Apple Watch is a cellular model. They phased it out with the new ones. Now with the series 10, what other way we can tell if it’s a cellular Apple Watch besides looking at its back? Control center?

Bought a series 10 black and hate the Milanese Loop I bought. I am really looking for a great replacement band, apple or 3rd party. I did try the black ocean band from the ultra and it‘s awesome. i am thinking i can get a 3rd party one a lot cheaper on Amazon but i am going to check. Anyone have absolutely amazing new band to go with their black series 10? Thanks!
