In the Netherlands. Here we have a webshop that sells a lot of discontinued bands, but olive green is sold out. I don’t know if such bands get refilled or that it’s sold out forever.
I'm not sure if you can buy from the UK easily anymore, but I think there are some German eBay stores that have big selections. Olive shouldn't be too hard to find, as it's fairly recent, and Apple seems to deliberately over manufacture these bands in vast quantities, and then sell them off cheap to third parties out of season. If I were a cynic, I'd say it's all part of their plan as they'll never change the connector design, and it keeps us happily locked in.

My 2 month old ultra 2 plus a brand new in sealed box kumquat band I just scored on marketplace for $20. I think it looks pretty good.

I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and have never used an Apple Watch before. Can you recommend an Apple Watch that's compatible with my phone? I'd appreciate something simple, unique, and helpful.

Any watch will work with your phone. S6 and up (incl SE2) are still supported and getting software updates.

S5 and older (incl SE) no longer get updates but work just fine.

So it all depends on your budget. I recommend checking out the Apple refurb store and the likes of eBay/etc

I don’t know either. And I saw it’s a spring 2023 colour indeed! So I hope I can find one soon. My Garmin had an olive band too, so I wanted to replace that one, it was my favourite band for my old watch. I go search on eBay! Thanks!

Yes it sounds like it! There are so many available for so long.

Here's a question for you collectors...

Up until now I have managed to only have one band (White Sport Band) that came with my AW5. Moving forward I would like to get more. Unfortunately, Apple stops selling bands with colors I would like. Does Apple reintroduce colors it has previously stopped making? I'm trying to gauge how quick I need to be.

For instance, in the spring/summer Apple introduced Soft Mint which I meant to buy but was concerned that old bands wouldn't fit the new watches so I didn't. Now that we know that's not a concern, I looked for it and couldn't find it new. So I just ordered a "Used but Like New" one from Amazon. Hopefully, it really is in the condition they say. But I'd like to avoid doing things like this if I know the color will show up again in maybe a year or two.

Thanks!

Apple reintroduces new bands with the same color; though it is a redesigned version with a lighter or darker hue of color. Exceptions to tis rule are Pride bands and Black Unity- these got adapted with S10 lug shapes but remain the same patterns and
colors.

I tested reg 40mm bands pulled from a SE2 to a 42mm S10 in the Apple Store; the width is 1-1.5mm sunken in but is not as obvious. A 42mm band on the 40mm is the opposite with a mm sticking out but not excessive as a 45mm on a 41mm would.

You can also check Amazon or go to a local dept store's tech section they carry discounted Apple accessories for discontinued colors. TJX/Marshalls sometime shas it but most are 41mm.

Thank you! I suspected that the colors get reused but had no proof of that. Also great tip to check out TJMaxx/Marshalls!

An example is Light Pink and Plum. Both colors were first introduced with the original Apple Watch, 2015-16. But as they were rereleased with the pink Apple Watch series 9 aluminum last year and this year’s S10 respectively, the light pink is more fainter than the vintage rose that was there in 2015-16 at the time the light pink was first introduced and plum is more purple than red.

I also spotted leather and pre FineWoven accessories in the AirTags section at Ross.

I wanted to wear my new mulberry sport band today, but the band slides through from left to right without locking! So I think I have an Apple band that’s broken?

So now I’m wearing a sequoia green leather link :) It looks pretty good with the jet black S10! (And with my pants)

I was a little scared that the band would scratch my watch when I was sliding them in, with the metal ‘plates’ where the magnets are. But luckily all is well :D
