My solution for swimming ver.1(code name: ugly face):
1. Buy a cheap rubber case with straps(important! I know it's waterproof, but I just don't want to expose even a tiny bit of my precious to water, to have a peace of mind)
2. Buy some clear stretch wraps. wrap the core watch up.(make sure the lens on the back only be covered only ONE layer, and also don't make the buttons side too tight,, won't be able to turn the crown)
3. Put the wrapped watch core to the rubber case. and put a rubber band on the open side of the case for preventing the core escaping the case(I did it once without the rubber band and maybe I didn't snap the core into case completely secure, I ended up with a empty case on my wrist after a lap of butterfly, and later it took me 5 minutes and maximum anxiety to find it under the pool, so lesson learned: 1. use rubber band if you got a not so secure case, 2. Apple watch doesn't float!!! )

extra tips: put the watch on the flat part of your wrist to get the accurate HR reading(for me best location is on the left of my wrist bone) and set the exercise app up(I use rower mode) and force touch select lock BEFORE you jump into the pool(water somehow like my shinny watch too. touch it a lot when I'm swimming)
Personal experience after using ver.1 10+ times:
Pros:
1. only a few drops left on the watch core for 1 hour all tensity lap swimming after I unwrap it(far below the apple watch's water capacity)
2. totally eliminate my strapless HR monitor(put 2 fingers on the metal part for 10 sec to get the reading) and any time tracking device
3. If you put it on the right spot and tight enough, the overall HR reading is pretty accurate(sometime HR can have a delay or disappear )
4. gain some the activity ring which we lonely swimmer deserve
Cons:
1. take 5 minutes to prepare each time use
2. hard to operate submerge(screen and crown)
3. not so pretty
TODO:
Switching to PVC heat shrink tube shape film to make preparation easier and looks prettier
