So I decided I'm not overly fussed about gen 2 right now and initially wanted a SS but couldn't stomach the price and like many others wasn't sure whether to spend the money on a 1st gen product so bought the space grey sport at launch.

Then recently decided what the hell and sold my space grey sport and bought this instead. Wish I'd have done this in the first place!

I so agree too. There is something special about Gen 1 products. I have the Gen 1 iPad mini, Gen 1 rMB, Gen 1 iPhone 6 and 6 plus, and now a Gen 1 AW. They have all worked well.

Yeah, the gen 1 iPhone 6 is so much better than the newer ones
