What’s the deal with upgrading your Hermes Watch? I don’t think the cuff band is currently available, so you must have had one in the past? Does that mean you bought a new Hermes S4 (since you have the face) and are just not using the new band?

Or is there some kind of special upgrade process? Or just the normal upgrade process and the fact you bought one before just keeps the special face rolling on?

Swapped my silver sport for the space grey sport last night, it came with the sport loop but I’m not a fan, I have the 40mm model and the band seems very narrow.

What series 4 Hermès band did you get?

I want the S0 cuff so bad but my wrists are so dainty it would look hideous hahaha

The band that came with the watch is the indigo swift tour. I swap out bands a lot and the one in the photo is a leather band I had made for me. There is a gentlemen in Turkey who runs a band shop on Etsy and he makes great quality cuff bands. I had one on my Series 3 but sold it with the watch. The leather needs to be broke in as it comes a little stiff, but once it breaks in the cuff bands really conform nicely to your wrist without being overbearing.

Big fan of the Cape cod sports loop.

It's a laminated screen guard for scratches, etc ;)

Well, if a screenprotector makes your Watch look like it's been damaged, why use the protector? I would use a) no protector or b) a good one which is not visible or c) buy the stainless steel (because of the sapphire glass, but this is the most expensive option).

Just picked up a dark grey sport band off of China Direct (amazon).

Series 3 aluminum LTE looks good in dark grey.. Ive been looking for a gunmetal band and I am glad I was able to find one.

Close-up photographs tend to give a distorted view of watch size to wrist, so I thought it might be useful to post a comparison of the AW4 Nike+ (44mm) next to my Garmin VivoActive (original).

The AW4 is slightly thicker (due to the HRM, no doubt) but in height it's about the same and in width is a touch narrower. It has a much larger usable screen, however.

I was worried that the 44mm might be too big, but I've been wearing the VivoActive for over 3 years now, so the 44mm AW4 is going to be just fine for me.

Wow the interface on that Garmin looks so busy... Is it hard to use?

Also - LOVE that Nike strap

That's when I'm not doing an activity. When I'm running, I just get the standard three data elements per screen. I normally like a busy screen most of the time. A simple display for formal occasions. And just plain data when running. Love that these watches give me a choice.

I like the strap, but I'm not fully convinced of the "velcro" method just yet. My first activity will be a 9-10 mile run tomorrow incorporating parkrun, so I'll get more of a feel for it then.

You can strap that velcro down big time.. I have overtightened it on my wrist not even knowing, then 10 min later im like wow thats way to tight. It works great for running.

Picked up my 44mm, it’s a lot bigger than the 40mm I had but it’s perfectly fine on my smaller wrists, doesn’t take over my whole wrist. Just got to return my 40mm tomorrow now.

Exchanged my aluminum gold S4 for the Nike+ this morning.

anyone have pictures of their aluminum nike editions with the summit loop?
Saw the loop in person this morning. It’s really nice. I wish I would have seen this comment earlier. I would have gotten a picture for you. The advertisement pictures are very close to the actual look.
