(1) Yes, Apple Pay is separately set up on your watch. You need to have that set up in the watch app, wallet setting.
(2) Not sure about Spotify, but I know for Apple Music you can have the playlist/songs transferred to the watch’s storage so you can listen on your runs without your phone.

2. No, you can’t until Spotify launches an app than can storage music offline. You definitely can do it with Apple Music and there is no limit.

Pretty sure you have to have your phone with you to use Apple Pay on a GPS watch don’t you?
The card is stored on the Watch entirely independent to the phone, and there’s definitely no cellular data involved in the transaction, so while I can’t hand on heart say I’ve used ApplePay on a GPS Watch without my iPhone on my person I’m pretty certain it works.
Interesting. I never knew that, always thought I had to have my phone in my pocket.
I forget that Apple Pay in on my watch; think I’ve only used it twice.
Correct. I don’t have cellular activated and I use my watch to pay for things all the time at the local supermarket, when my phone is at home.
Since blue is new trend this year 
I’m sure you will be using more because of wearing mask. I end up putting my passcode all the time in shops and public transport.
Loving this graphite color. Can anyone confirm that the graphite Milanese loop IS NOT coated via DLC? Apple website says PVD coating.

These are the first tight shots I have seen. I ordered Graphite but seeing it up close its more like Silver. Apple is so stupid to have removed SB. Will wait till mine arrives, put on the bands I like, then decide.
I used Apple Pay on my older GPS Watch many times when I was out of range of my phone.
I agree, I think the graphite SS looks good but coming from an aw5 SB SS and having ordered the aw6 graphite SS I don’t know what to think. I’ll have to see it in person, I really love the SB but didn’t want to spend all that extra for SB Hermès.
