Yep and worst case scenario it’s the inside of the Gray Ceramic slot that would be scratched by the Bracelet lugs.

And do they usually give the support people demos? I was under the impression that they all worked from home before covid?

I’m not aware of the support people getting demos. It’s possible they got it on preorder and it’s also possible they just made it up. That technique is often used by customer support to build perceived empathy between the customer and agent.

Yes this was my first support moment in a long time and I forgot how every single one of them seems coached to talk about how much they love their Apple kit. But they also said their pre-order was imminent. Maybe they see fit to seed the support agents with demos for the same reasons they do the review units to the ‘Tubers.

my first Apple Watch. 44mm product red, gps only. I was not sure between gps and cellular. Then when I have seen the extra monthly payment changed my mind.
Can you help with 2 questions.
Can you use Apple Pay on the watch without having my phone.
Can you use Spotify when running without the phone? Or should I use Apple Music.
