The Titanium is actually not that much heavier than the Aluminum. Comparing it to a family member’s S4 Aluminum I think it weighed like 5g more or so? The Stainless S3 I had worn for 3 years was about 18g heavier so the Titanium felt like a little baby watch when I put it on for the first time. I much prefer the Sapphire Display, which is most likely where the weight difference from the titanium to the aluminum comes from.I don‘t know about $849 but a Watch that is as light as Aluminium but looks as classy as Steel/Titanium would definitely be on my list.
Proof: I got and loved the Jet Black iPhone 7. Great look, great weight.
Hmmm, polished Aluminum ... 🤤
Plus the Titanium costs $100 more than Stainless but you get 2 years of warranty vs 1 year standard, with AppleCare adding an additional year to either plus the additional sport band. It was a no brainer.
