Loving it so far. The difference with the screen brightness in full outdoor sunlight is extreme: I was able to read and see everything without an issue. The larger size takes some getting used to but I got over it within the first hour. It’s a great looking device. And far lighter than I anticipated. Pictured with the white and orange alpine loop bands.

I don’t think anyone replied to you, but my Ultra arrived today and it seems the larger case size does affect the sizing on the BSL (which makes sense). I’m normally an 8 on the BSL and Solo Loops and now they’re too big on my wrist with the Ultra. I’d probably take a 7 or maybe even a 6 now. Kinda sucks, but it is what it is I guess.

Ultraviolet is a unicorn. Is the band really that vibrant purple or it's darker in person?
Is it like this 12 ProMax case? The Amethyst color?
It’s that vibrant. It’s from another dimension compared to most bands outside Capri and Bright Green and Flamingo BSL. Blue Horizon is another one they really maxed out the vibrance on like no other dark blue has enjoyed.
The gold case looks way more colorful than IRL because the band needs the vibrance jacked up so high. First time I’ve really had to sacrifice gss7 accuracy.

I ordered with an Alpine Green Loop but don’t think the Alpine strap looks great on me due to the lugs.

i had/have 2 series 4 watches: 1 SS silver and 1 SG alum. Originally the SS was for work, shopping and the alum was for working out and sleeping. Then it got to the point that I just trade them back and forth as their batteries die.
I only got one 8 (and still contemplating returning it and getting the 7 graphite SS) and just put one of the 4's on while the 8 charges.
Camel sport loop and Klimt today. I wish there were more sport loops in neutral tan colors. I‘ve been considering the new Starlight sport loop but every photo or video review I’ve seen just makes it look kind of dingy 😕
I didn’t even think of that. 😂 Trying to hold out and if I still want it at Christmas I’ll get one.
