Child hood favorites that never got finales:

- Reboot
- Pirates of Dark Water
- Valley of Dinosaurs

Now as for shows:

- Terminator: Sarah Conner Chronicles
- Rome (This has to be there, loved the show... to expensive to buy)
- Malcom in the Middle (at least for 5 extra episodes)
 
The sopranos, deadwood and my Gf would like sex and the city.

Older shows I wouldn't mind are Seinfeld and macgyver as well.

Conan needs to come back as well.

Also the tv show the riches. Real good show, was getting into it on hulu, them found out it was cancelled.
 
Well, I’ll start with the Aaron Sorkin shows, which had fantastic writing:

- The West Wing (easy to restart with a whole new cast, good writing like the first three or four seasons of the original)
- Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip
- Sports Night

Then, there is:

- Six Feet Under (although the final episode was fulfilling)
- Boston Legal
- Pushing Daises
- Arrested Development
- Las Vegas
- Dirty Sexy Money
- SeaQuest DSV (the first season, :D)

Oh, yeah and the NBC shows that broke me from ever investing in another NBC show from the beginning again:

- Journeyman
- Kings
- Southland (although apparently it’s restarted on TNT)

I'd love to see something new in the Battlestar Galactica and Star Trek universes. Galactica has two interesting story-arcs: The Tribes of Kobol and during and after the Cylon War.

Star Trek, something new, darker and less cheesy storylines with better acting.
 
Ones that have been mentioned that I'll second are The Unit and Terminator SCC.

I would mention Boston Legal, but it was so well done that I'm kinda glad it went out on top as opposed to it being dragged out too long and ruined.

One I haven't seen mentioned is Invasion, a modern remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers that was made for TV with William Fichtner and Eddie Cibrian. I mainly want it to come back so I can get answers to all of the questions that were left behind when the show was cancelled.
