Silver Aluminum Sport Watch With Other Bands

I was thinking of the leather loop with the 38mm Sports watch, then I come to find out that the leather loop only comes in the 42mm size, as of this writing. Oh well...I like that Sports watch with the Milanese Loop a lot more than I thought I would. I would want to see it in person, though.

This is indeed the combination I'm also hoping to see the most!
 
My appointment is later today. I'll see if I can talk them into letting me try a couple of the leather bands with the Sport.

If you could somehow try the blue leather loop on the silver aluminum sport, that would be awesome! That's the combo I have ordered (ordering the leather band separate), and plan on wearing on a daily basis.

That is, if they let you..my Apple rep at the store would not swap bands.

Yep. I pre-ordered the silver Sport. I'm interested in the blue and brown leather loops. We'll see.

Thank you for trying! Most people have had success by being easy going with the Apple Rep during the first 7-8 minutes of their appointment, establishing a relationship with them, and earning their trust before asking if they can see what it looks like with a different band attached.

Thanks again for trying! I know it would help a lot of us out and it would fun for you to see it in person too.

The rep in my store went band swapping crazy. He even swapped a 38mm band onto a 42mm watch for me because they didn't have the S/M band for the 42mm sport that I wanted to try.

I tried on the leather ones, and was massively disappointed with all of them. They're so over-engineered they don't even look like real leather. I'll wait for a nice aftermarket leather band. The milanese band is awesome with the silver Sport though!

I'm quite unsure myself if I like the look of the metal bands with the aluminum watch. I guess mainly because of the ends of these bands have a glossy/chrome kind of finish meeting the polished/brushed look of the aluminum watch.
