I meant for watching videos. TONS of videos are Flash-based, especially online episodes of TV shows (e.g., Grey's Anatomy). I want to watch those on my Touch.
Still, they'll be slow as hell and probably not even watchable. You wouldn't be able to control them with the current UI, either. And that would take up a lot of battery life... Flash takes power, the streaming takes power, the playback takes power and so does everything else that normally would.

More physical sensing!

This just came to mind but I'm thinking more physical or environmental sensing. Things like temperature, humidity, air pressure and the like. There are all sorts of applications for such sensing but a couple of things come to mind.

1.
Would be games. Imagine tying game action into the physical environment, I think it would be pretty cool actually. A change of game play based on the local temperature for example or the sensing of sweat from a users hands, could be used to enhance gaming experience.

2.
The information would be useful when logged with location data.

3.
Local weather information.

Since much of this sort of sensing can already be done inexpensively, possibly with micromechanical devices like the accelerometers, price should be impacted significantly
