The Queen does have legal immunity and is not subject to criminal law. The Sovereign has immunity from prosecution and cannot be required to give evidence in court, however this is only for the Sovereign and not the rest of the Royals.

It's crazy isn't it, I just couldn't get my head around having that much money. Even for those with millions, money is still an object, and you could quite easily spend it. But with $40b in the bank, anything can be yoursOriginally posted by Mr. Anderson
Those numbers are just too big to really comprehend.

Perhaps not exciting, but Google up 'Gates Foundation', 'AIDS' and 'malaria'. Since 2000 he and his wife have committed over US$3bn to health projects in the developing world (or so I've read).Originally posted by edesignuk

Yes, what he has done with a lot of his money is good and all, but, as well as being sensible with it, I wanna see the biggest yacht in the world! A private Concorde, u know, the little thingsOriginally posted by Mark James

Bill may not be the most exciting man in the world, and we may not like Microsoft, but I admire what he does with his money and I admire his views on inheritance taxation.
