When not sleeping with wifey (we sometimes sleep in separate beds to give each other some space), I use several standard size pillows for support--three on the left, three on the right, two at the foot of the bed, and one under my head. During the night, I adjust them accordingly for comfort. Its distributes the weight of the body and is very comfo ... ZZZZZZZ.

Under random super models, or on top, or spooning or, you know, turned around. Actually, if a super model showed up I would promise her 2/3s of the bed as an incentive. Heck, I would curl up at the foot of the bed like a cat or sleep on the floor like a dog.

On my side in the recovery position, I can't sleep on back as instead of falling asleep I get sleep paralysis.

I usually fall asleep in an alleyway somewhere, and wake up in a police cell...

I read in one of those women's magazines a family member left laying around that the position 'your guy' sleeps in tell all his wildest fantasies. I revealed secrets I didn't know about myself..

Those that sleep on your stomach, do you ever have any issues with acid reflux? I ask, as just about every time I would sleep on my stomach, I would burp and acid comes up in my throat and burns the crap out of me, and I reach for the Tums to put it out.

My main problem is that I drool a little when I sleep, so if I don't sleep just right I get a little pool of drool in the mask and end up throwing it off in disgust when the cold drool wakes me up.
Gross! :p

It certainly gets in the way of spontaneous sexy time, too. :D
Oh come on... what's sexier than sounding like a winded Darth Vader saying "come on baby, let's rock this Death Star"?

I can only sleep in one exact position on my stomach.

I have acid reflux but take medication and have no problems.

Sleep?

Sleep is for sukkas and old people.

Edit: Have any of you ever farted yourself awake? I did once. I heard a loud noise and thought someone was breaking into my house. Then the stench cleared things up.

There are pills you can take. You can also help this by not eating less than 2 hours before you sleep, limiting your foods to things that aren't riddled with lots of spices (spaghetti sauces, pizza, sodas, heavy foods), and sleeping slightly elevated.

That'll be $20.

I always sleep on my stomach with an arm under the pillow, and alternate sides.

Cant sleep any other way.
