So i'm paying someone to stand in line for me.

So do these queueing slaves get paid if there's not enough stock for them to be able to please their master? Or have they stood there all night for nothing?

PS you don't need an app to create a legally binding contract. Just a pen and paper.

It's not like I enslaved someone to do this. I posted an ad for a part time job of standing in line. That's hardly slavery.

OK, that's not really what I meant. We'll call them queuebots instead. I don't see anything wrong with paying someone to do a job, which is all it is. So what happens if there's not enough stock?

Pretty much lol. In all seriousness though I calculated that if he arrived at 6-6:30 pm that I would get a phone. If not well that would have sucked, but I would have paid him. Them not having stock isn't his concern.
 
Don't see an issue with it tbh it's the groups of Asians that start as one extremely old man or woman then just before go time 15 others join them.

The use of the word slave is inappropriate given its historical context. That said, the guy waiting for me is the son of a friend and he's getting a free iPhone 5S for his time. A truly fair arrangement.

My friend got me a 32G in White/Silver and I bought him a 16G in Space Grey. As it turns out I'm glad he did the heavy lifting because the night before my knee became excruciatingly painful from a meniscus infection and could not have possible stood in line.

We'll the store only got 1 64gb gold iphone and no white. I had to go with a 32gb space grey, but will be returning it when they get silver or gold in
