This is the case I'm getting for my iPhone 4
Tried that with my 3GS. It's a dust magnet and the back of your iphone will be littered with dust between the case and the phone.

There is absolutley no need to use a case or screen protectors with this phone.
The screen and back are made of very high quality glass and you will have a very hard time scratching them. Then the rest of the phone is made of stainless ****ing steel.
Naked for life.
Not me. I plan on using Apples anti glare screen, along with a silicone case for max protection.
I was gonna go case-less until I saw this, its not only a slim case but its beautiful as wellKinda blows it's 70 dollars for a custom but I think its worth it.

I am, always have....always will.......
to those of you worried about dropping it and breaking the screen....you probably should be.
but, those of you (like me) that dropped an iPhone and cracked the screen, you will never do it again. You will always make sure it is 100% in your pocket before you let go.....no matter how intoxicated you are. All it takes is once!
I'm gonna go BAREBACK this time.
Gonna grab a bumper and screen protector til otterbox releases it's cases
I let a girl i know use my iPhone 3G a few weeks after I got it, and she got a bit of spray paint on the (bare) screenThink I'll go naked. My phone too.
I'm not worried about scratches, but I've been saved by a Zagg sheild from an accidental encounter with a sharpie once... so I'll probably just get some glossy protectors.
I was thinking about a bumper, mostly for the color, but I'll wait about a week before I decide.
My screen is cracked, more like shattered, at the bottom as well, although it happened when I brought it into the gym (for most of you, here's a linkhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_exercise) and while positioning a bench, it got smashed underneath it. But, I've dropped it numerous times before that with no ill affects, and many times after (after I stopped caring about it) and the top half is still fine and the cracks haven't grown. So the point is, unless you saturate it, or place something heavy and pointed on it, it's most likely gonna be fine no matter how you abuse it.
