So Will You Bother Upgrading Your iPhone?

I know it is 7/4, but iphones tend to sell into the weekend at apple stores. So, that one day can hurt revenue.

Im going to upgrade just for the matte backing...no case needed will be a big plus...also for the storage bump...

I upgrade because:

I don't care what new it has is. Because I trust Apple.
Waiting in line is a fun experience.
I like having the new iPhone before others.
I get paid to have an iPhone.

I went from the original 4GB iPhone to the 16GB iPhone 3G and when this new iPhone is released I will be getting that too. I like upgrading my technology even if it means it's a yearly thing.

Yes ... long as it's not an AT&T nightmare

I bought a 3G within a couple days of release and have about 1 year of AT&T's 2-year contract under my belt.

I'll likely upgrade if the deal is fair, but have no idea how AT&T handles upgrades, as I became a customer for the first time when buying the 3G.

I'm very happy and satisfied with my 16GB 3G, So I don't think I will upgrade.

I just got my 3g replaced about an hour ago so I'll wait a few months to upgrade, I rather have all the kinks and bugs fixed.

It depends on what the new iPhone has to offer. I skipped the 3G iPhone and still have my 8GB first gen. Chances are good that I will upgrade, but no decision will be made until I see what Apple introduces.

More storage and a bit better camera.

Other stuff which is just tittle tattle EG volume control on ear buds, matt finish, an extra button blah blah.

I'll stick with my 16gb 3G.

Really there would have to be something awesome to make me sell up and fork out for an upgrade.

Right now I just want 3.0. Will wait and see what the new phone brings, then make my decision. If it's a yes, (which it will be ) going to wait about a week or two.

I'm definitely getting the new iphone. My water sensors are active so I can't warranty replace my iphone. My volume button fell off this morning and the home button seems to not work sometimes.

I definitely want it since I still own the edge iphone, i'm glad I held out, so now it's going to be a wonderful upgrade to the 3rd gen.
