Wow. Series 3 will be here before BB gets that out the door

I have my tracking info. Shipped on the 3rd. It just hasn't been updated since then on the UPS site. Probably will show it's somewhere in the UK or something any moment now. Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 business days, and coming from China it's likely it won't be here until Monday just as the UPS site predicts. But if I get lucky it might show up earlier. They're kind of unpredictable at times.

BB is clueless. I tried to cancel online this morning and then called after receiving the email & text last night that the order was delayed til Feb. They said I couldn't cancel because the delivery is in process for delivery by 1/10.

It's going back to the BB store because...

UnFortunately when something is in the preparing for shipment stage, no retailer or on my manufacturer will cancel your order. You just have to take it back when you receive it. But I can understand your frustration.

I get they couldn't cancel. The ridiculous part was they emailed and texted last night saying delayed til Feb but today they say it's preparing to ship.

All is ok though - Apple finally came through.

Now it's been moved yet another day, to Wednesday. Sat in China unmoved for over 3 days. Next time I'm using the upgraded shipping. This takes it out of the 2-5 day window that worldwide expedited is supposed to provide.

Crazy. The good news I guess is that the last day for return of the first watch is 1/12 and i have an apple store up the street. so hopefully i can play with the new one for an evening just to be sure and then drop the first one off with apple the next afternoon. i've already gotten my return info in the system. just need to pack everything up.

Update January 2, 2017: B&H website now says the watch's availability is "not available".

Glory Hallelujah! B&H finally shipped the watch two days ago, which was 38 days after I ordered it. Whoopeee!!!!

I received the watch today. Was it worth the wait? I don't know yet, I'm still trying to figure the watch out. But so far, I like it!

I got the Series 2 42mm Space Gray Aluminum Case, Black Sport Band. After 3 or 4 days of use, I am satisfied with my purchase. Three things I really like: 1) alway accurate time; 2) the notifications; and 3) choice of watch faces.
