Don't abuse your equipment and you won't have this issue.

why would you assume that people abuse the device then have this problem？ I’ve been tearing the iPad nice with protective case on, never dropped it and this happen. and everyone has the same mark at the same position of the screen. to judge someone, wear their shoes and walk a mile first.
