Apple Says Some 2018 iPad Pros Ship Bent, But It's Normal and Not a Defect

Probably apple intended to do this to get people to buy apple care.
Man, you need AppleCare as a necessity these days.
With how flimsy the body is on the 2018s, I wouldn’t be surprised if those do it too. I’m going to wait for the second iteration of the new design.
Honestly... what hurts the most about these issues (and the MacBook Pro keyboards) is that it sucks the joy out of buying Apple products. Because now you have a splinter of worry in your mind. More not “if”, but “when”.
And it doesn’t matter that you have Apple Care! Because you have to deal with scheduling a Genuis Bar appointment and then gotta make the time. Plus they’ll likely be behind schedule. And if lap top, ain’t no way it’s getting swapped/fixed right away. Lost time and maybe even work. It’s a terrible experience even if it is replaced or fixed. And that’s if your lucky enough to live near a store!
So yeah. These failures have sucked the joy out of getting new Apple products. Ugh. Just wish there was somewhere else to run. :-(
Yep. Just got apple care for first time ever on our Mac mini. That said our 3 year old first gen 12.9s are doing perfect. Our imac 2013 wouldn’t have made it with apple care because the lcd gave up the ghost at 3 yrs and 1 month.Man, you need AppleCare as a necessity these days.
I’m having that on my Mini 4, iPhone 8 Plus and Xr so I think somethings up with iOS itself. No bright spots here, I do on occasion experience screen responsiveness issues on my 12/9" 2019 IPP.
