Hope you guys fully understand this doesnt occur just during booting up your phone.
This happens nearly everytime you wake up your screen. You can see these lines 15 times per day. It's disturbing since your display starts flashing and is much brighter for a second or two. I noticed this issue since day one I brought new iPhone home and yet after a month there is still no software update to address it.

It's probably a preparation to comply with a new EU regulation against completely "dark empty screens".
