Some Users Experiencing Issues With Instagram

There appear to be ongoing issues with Instagram, based on a number of complaints from Instagram users who are unable to use the social network as normal.

Some users have been logged out of the app and are not able to access it at all, while others are seeing blank image posts or are having issues loading images.

Still others are seeing older images in the timeline that were originally posted weeks or months ago, or are unable to load Stories and comments.

Meta has not yet commented on the outage, but there are numerous reports on the Downdetector website from users who are having problems.

hey what about chronological feed return etc that were announced one or two months ago...still waiting for the update...

Only issue I have with instagram is that I can’t play the reels folks send me because I deleted it when Facebook now meta bought them.

But it’s an issue I’m happy to live with because I won’t go meta.

Yeah was experiencing this in IG messages where some messages would either have an overly thick black border obscuring the words or contents of the message, or blacked out entirely. Deleting and redownloading the app seems to do the trick however.

Do you not have it yet? I’ve had it for a couple months. The app defaults to the targeted feed but if you click on the word Instagram in the top left, there should be a drop-down menu where you can select “Following”. That is the chronological feed. You can’t change the default to it but you can select it and scroll through that way.
 
Oh no! Think about all those poor, unfortunate Bang-girls, needing to post their Bang videos in their bikinis so they can fund their first-class trips to Italy so they can take more Bang videos in bikinis!

Such horror!

I am not American...Maybe it's been delayed in Europe...
 
A lot of people on the streets seemed calmer and less uptight today, happier if you will.
I assumed it was maybe Friday showing it’s face soon… but maybe it was just that the world have been spared a few minutes of constant scrolling vitriol

Meta should be broken up, they are becoming so far from what originally made them useful.
