I would like to know what makes you think Apple has any control over eBay or its users. If you think their legal team has any power, I would like to know what provision you think they could use to make such a demand.

This iPhone is going to last a few years with 2gb ram before its gets slow after new OS updates , I think Apple will use 2gb ram for iPhone 7 and maybe 7s
 
I have never heard of Geekbench before. Is this a well-known app? What are the chances the phone gets shipped early to someone who knows about Geekbench? Am I wrong or is this fishy? Is she from the media?

It's well-known in the tech community. Someone from this thread actually asked her (and gave her instructions) on how to run the app though.

Since you think you're such a smart ass I'll let you use your investigation skills and you'll see that Apple has, in the past, had listings removed.

Several people (maybe just one person?) from MacRumors contacted her on twitter and asked her to download the Geekbench app and post the screenshots. Everything seems legit.

Geek bench is a very common benchmarking app. Whenever a new iPhone, iPad, or Mac comes out it's a good way to compare it to previous models.
 
Shame she didn't post multi scores and she's probably either being harassed by AT&T or someone else who will tell her to delete her tweets

I was calling for a multi score in the 4000s so this is pretty close. Seems like it's faster than the iPad Air 2 but perhaps only dual core? Pretty crazy!

We need some 3D graphics benchmarks now…

Apple/AT&T really can't silence her though, she didn't break any laws. She paid her money, it's her phone. It wasn't left in a bar or something (hey Gizmodo!) It was just a slip up and this could be a controlled leak perhaps. No one knows and besides us no one probably cares.
